Ricardo Zúñiga Viteri, who leads our enforcement team, is recognized as a leader in trademark enforcement in Guatemala by Legal 500 and WTR 1000. He has handled over a hundred criminal cases for trademark, copyright and industrial design infringement.

Successfully seizing millions of dollars of counterfeit goods and collecting damages on behalf of our clients.
